Hi all. Question to owners of Metz 54mz3 with any EOS camera (especially EOS 50): do your Metz produces AF assist beam which covers precisely central AF point? I just bought such Metz flash and observed that AF beam which it produces is shifted right and down from central AF point. Because of that AF assist is unusable in the distance greater than 2 meters - it is totaly out of the central AF point. Close than 2 meters it covers very small part of central AF point. I wonder if my unit is defective or all 54mz3 Metz flashes have such 'feature'. Any comments?
