I stopped by my local Ritz camera store this afternoon just to grab some
info on the Elan 7 and ask one of there people to demonstrate the camera for
me. They had no info at all that I could take with me on ANY camera. The
person who was helping me didn't know how to work the camera's enough to
demonstrate it to me. They only had the Elan 7 and not the 7e. I had hoped
to see the ECF in action to see if I liked it or not. That was my first and
possibly last time I ever visit a Ritz store. Maybe this was just an
isolated situation but it sure left a bad impression. I did have a chance
to look at the Elan II next to the 7. Both were very nice in appearance but
the 7 was just a shade smaller. I have big hands so I need something to
hold onto :) I'd definitely need that Vert grip.
