An interesting solution to email virus was recently passed to me (yes I know its OT but...). Basically you put a nonsense address into your address book (eg !000000 or anything similar). This is automatically placed at the top of the list. If you get infected by an email virus this is supposed to stop it re-sending itself to everyone in your book. An error message should appear saying the message could not be sent because one address book entry did not have an email address.
