I would file a non-pay with eBay and after 30 days, I would leave negative
feedback for the individual. It's not an easy choice when there's a
reasonable story, but the bottom line is that the individual made a
commitment when they bid and they should stand behind it. I think of
feedback as sort of a credit rating, and Sears wouldn't give you a break
because you paid somebody else instead, now would they?
