I'm using the FS2710 with Vuescan, and I'm very happy with the results. Lots of examples at my Photo.net portfolio below. With an Epson 820 and proper tweaking in PSP 7 and good printer settings, print quality is fantastic too, from slides or negs. However, in regard to ICE, Vuescan is no substitute, it only implements it, and the 2710 does not have it. If you have a lot of dusty scratchy chromes and/or negs, and if you don't like working with the clone tool, you better look at another scanner.
