I currently own a Elan II, and am thinking of
upgrading to a eos3. I was at a camera show this
weekend and found a used 3 that looked to be hardly
ever used. The person selling it could not give me any
history on the camera. The camera looked brand new,
not a mark on it. Not knowing how to operate it and no
documentation with it, I couldn't get the shutter to
work, was this a
defect? Is there any way to tell how old the camera
is? This looked like an incredible deal for $575.00. I
can still buy it if they don't sell it today. Any
thoughts on what I should do?

Thanks Tom
