I am looking for more flash power than my Canon 420EX can deliver as well as the capability to go to fully manual. I am considering the difference of the Metz 54MZ-3 and the Sigma EF-500 Super. The one main thing I need is the ability for wireless triggering with the ST-E2. The Sigma will do this IIRC, but the Metz needs an adapter I think. Have any of you used either of these products with an Elan7 and how would you rate them?
