<I found a Sigma 28-70mm f2.8 lens for EOS on the used shelf of a local <camera store. It is a "two-touch" zoom with a 72mm front filter size and <metal mount.
<I cannot match it on the Sigma site or at B&H. The current models have a <77mm filter. <Can someone tell me what model this is and if this model is any good? Are <there any aspherical or other exotic elements in it? <Thanks, <John Lovda Hi John I had this lens and optically is really very good and was a bargain even new but have a look at his mechanical situation as it is a lens not built for strong work. Mine has to be fixed after my habit of carrying my combo camera lens from the lens. From then I always hold it from the camera.
