Hi all, Just an observation I'd like to share with you all. When the EOS30 uses the AF Assist (annoying flash) it flashes mostly 2 times but on slower lenses (like my 75-300IS) I flashes 3 times although not all the time. It seems to have a relation with the starting point for AF (distance wise). With my 100f/2.8 USM it always flashes 2 times and with the 28-135 IS (with a damaged IS mechanism) it did flash 3 times once out of 10.
Weird.
