Hi! I am the owner of a Rebel 2k the batteries that I bought in the past were Panasonic and Energizer, was working perfectly until the 5th film roll, after it, simply the camera never again was turned on, then I bought 2 kodak batteries for $10.00usd, I tought that It was bad batteries, but was a emergenecy and I needed use the camera.
I think that I have used my camera for 10 or 12 rolls, using the flash, a lot! and the batteries are working perfectly!!! I used too my camera to take astrophotography, with expositions of 1 or 2 mins, but it was a magazine with 36 frames, and sometimes I left the camera turned on all night, sometimes happens! :O The average temp of use is 10°C. the baterries are 2 CR2 I don't understand why these cheap batteries are better than energizer or panasonic, the originals that came with the camera, I thougt that if panasonic was the originals, I should buy panasonic, but I bought kodak because it was cheaper, and were the only batteries that was in the photo store in that moment. what brand do you use? what is the life time of your batteries? maybe the last batteries I bought were not good and these are ok, or, I don't understand... thanks in advance -PC * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
