Lars, standard Canon issue, orderable via B&H. I believe the remote shutter release is compatible with the EOS3, D30, and a few other Canon cameras.
The remote shutter release plugs into the side of my D30, into the remote shutter release connection point. It's nothing fancy, and over priced, but, it works as intended. Since the remote shutter release only comes with about 18" of cable connected to it, I had to buy a remote shutter release cable extension. Again, standard Canon issue, orderable via B&H.
