I got my SIgma Super 500 back yesterday, took less than 2 weeks for them to fix the hot shoe. They also mention to put postage on the warranty instructions, but they returned the postage back. Very satisfactory.
All this after Camera World of Oregon told me basically that I was lying and abused the flash, and they would not have replaced it under warranty. I bought a lot of stuff in the meanwhile, and guess who didn;t get my business!
