<< I know of an EF 300 2.8L that someone could buy for $1,500, less with a little grinding on the buyer's part. OK, OK, it has some obvious surface marks on the barrel and there are the usual bare spots on the tripod knob but operationally, mechanically and optically it's perfect. >>
