If they really have 2000 mAh and you NEED that much, they are certainly
worth it. For me they are certainly not. I use 750mAh NiCds in my PB-E1
and never had to exchange batteries yet "on the road". Ok, just once, but 
that was a totally different story ;-). 
Well, I'm not shooting more than 8-10 rolls a day and I recharge the cells 
overnight before the event, so YMMV. For use in flashes it would be 
important to know how much current you can draw (internal resistance). 
This tends to get worse as capacity increases.
