To be honest, I agree and disagree. If you are doing wddings, portraiture
etc, then digital, esp 6 megapixel is good enough. Saves a lot of time, not
to mention giving you lots of freedom. I am a strong film believer but I am
not stupid either :-)

I have a 4000dpi scanner as well - when I want to shoot for myself, like
scenics etc, I scan them in, but otherwise, i use my digital. When I go
swing dancing, I used to shoot at least 2 rolls, at least cost me $30 of
money and not to mentioned the time it took me to scan them. Now I take more
then hundred shots, immediately on the web....

I will sell my d30 next month probably. it will save me enough to pay for
the depreciation in price.

D30 is a tool, and I am trying to make the best of it.
