At such price levels, it would be quite justified to buy a plane 
ticket, and collect the item in person....
If I could have justified the money, I would have bought it, and 
spend a ticket even from abroad (getting through customs on the 
return trip will be an interesting challenge....:))

Btw, given the huge difference between new price and 'buy-it-now',
and the low difference between first bid and buy-it-now, it
surprised me that some people even started bidding the regular
way....either you recognize that this is a steal-deal, and bite, or
you are wasting your time.
