Hi Everyone.

The reason that the FS2710 is invisible to Win XP is because Win XP
lacks
An inbuilt ASPI layer. Simply by installing an ASPI driver which is
freely
Available from the downloads page at http://www.adaptec.com, you will
then
Have a fully functioning FS2710 with Win XP.

It's really that simple :)

I have already been in touch directly with Gilberto & he is now a very
happy
Chap.

As an aside, if any of you have CDR burners which are not visible to XP,
it
May simply be a matter of installing an ASPI layer which will sort that
out too.

Regards,

Paul.
