I have used a Spiratone "fake fish-eye" attachment; the kind which screws onto your 50mm lens. The resulting quality is suitable for inclusion in a high school yearbook. I also own an Accura12mm f/8 fisheye with T-stop design which while not up to the standards of the real $$$ stuff, is a considerable leap over the pseudo variety. I am told they also made a 12mm f/5.6 version, but I have no personal knowledge. This item is long discontinued so try eBay, and local swap meets (for the fellow who doesn't know what it is, which is how I lucked into mine). Robert Monaghan has a couple of pages online about fisheyes, which can be accessed from <http://people.smu.edu/rmonagha/third/preset.html>. -- regards, Henry Posner Director of Sales and Training B&H Photo-Video, and Pro-Audio Inc. http://www.bhphotovideo.com * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
