Am having erratic flash results from my new 1D and 550EX flash;
James works fine on one job, way off on the next.
Got used to using FEL on my old D30 with great results. Apart from the
FEL button on the vertical grip being set further away from the shutter
button than in horizontal position, I'm still getting used to FEL all over
again.
Q. Is FEL linked to the selected focus point, or do I have to focus with
the centre and re-compose?
