the tonika 28-80 ATX-Pro used to have close focusing problem on my nikon body, that's why i sold it... didn't try the one for EOS mount so can't tell. but other than that the ATX280 is built like a tank, great sharpness and color for the price! THK just announced a new lens 28-70/2.8 SV, don't know how it works but looks like another great value performer.
if F2.8 isn't THAT important to you why not the 28-135IS? a very versatile travel lens with great optics... best kun * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
