Having recently helped a friend buying his first SLR, I noticed that Nikon N65 and Minolta Maxxum 5 have a very good low light AF performance (EV [-1]-18 at ISO 100) according to their specs. Does this mean that these two bodies could focus better than EOS 3 (EV 0-18) and my Elan7e (EV 1-18) in low light?
