It's hard coming into the middle of a conversation, but that's never stopped
me before.

I have an old Weston Master IV that still works well, though I don't use it.
I do still use an old Sekonic "Director", made right after Sekonic decided
to quit using the Anglicized name "Norwood" and admit they were a Japanese
Company. High time, too, because the product was outstanding! It still
holds up so well I have a friend who calibrates his meters against this one.
Me too.

This meter is still made under the name Sekonic L-398M Studio Deluxe II.

Hi Alex,

The Weston Master V is a ~ 30year old selenium cell exposure meter which is
fitted with a simple, circular slide rule type, aperture and shutter speed
calculator. For the calculation, I simply used the meter's calculator -
easier
than going into my Access database which can calculate the same things.
