I'm sure the EOS10 and EOS3 read the film length info from the 2nd. row of DX
contacts, as I would expect the 1N & 1V.  Had two EOS50Es which rewound film
early and randomly - probably because the film tension sensor was too sensitive.
Have still to hear of any camera using the latitude info.
