I just received my EOS 1-V and notice that if you manually select a focusing point and then auto focus, that the focusing point stays lit for 5 or 10 seconds after focus is achieved as opposed to automatic focusing point selection where the slected point is only lit for a second......is this normal for the camera?
I also noticed that when auto focusing that the focusing point seems to light up a split second or so after focus is achieved while with my Elan 7 it seemed to light almost instantaneously with focusing...is it normal for there to be a very short but perceivable delay in the focusing point lighting up after focus is acheived?
