Joe,

My EOS 3 [CANON USA model] did come with both a sheet of stickers for
inside the door and with a pocket card (size of two business cards, fold
once to make a wallet size card) to aid the memory of custom functions.

My sticker sheet (silver & black, by the way) is at home, but my photocopy
of the card is in my wallet and the codes on the bottom of the card read:

"CT1-1116-000      0800Ni1.0    PRINTED IN JAPAN"
