YES. THat is correct.

ONLY when the required shutter speed needs to exceed 1/200.
Either you set it in Tv mode, or you are using fast film outdoors
and are using flash as well with a fast lens.

Alex, just try it an see for yourself. Better to learn than to analyze
every thing you want to do.
