Reducing? Do you mean you already have fungus on your lenses or you want to minimize the risk of it showing up?

If the former there isn't much that can be done. If the latter I'd only worry if you live in a fairly warm humid place like the tropics or subtropics. In such a location you should store your camera equipment in moisture-proof boxes with moisture-absorbing silica gel beads.

If you don't live in a warm humid place then I don't think I'd worry particularly about it. You could, of course, store your stuff with silica gel anyway - it wouldn't hurt.
