Hi Marco,

I had and EOS 1nRS and used it quite a bit for sports.  The EOS 1nRS is a
very good special purpose body and is not really a good backup for an EOS 1n
body.  You lose a lot of light so this body is really much better served
with faster lenses, f/2.8 and faster.  Also the AF and film advance speeds
are not as fast as a regular EOS 1n when not used in "RS" mode.

I have not had any problems nor have I heard of any problems not caused buy
operator error with the pellicle mirrors except that you must keep it clean
for the best images on film.  This is not usually a problem with minor care
during a lens change.
