It an ideal bracket since you hold the camera as you always have and the bracket simply serves as a means to elevate the flash. For medium format it depends on which, is it a 6x6cm, 6x4.5cm, or 6x7cm? You could use the proT for smaller 6x4.5cm cameras but not large ones.
