I have an unusual problem with my 550ex. When I use the test button on the transmitter and when the flash is in ETTL there is about a 1 second delay before the flash fires. Now when the flash is in manual mode, it fires instantly with the st-e2 test button.
When the flash is on camera, or the st-e2 is on camera and the shutter button is depressed, all appears to be ok. I have two 550ex and only one of them has this delay while pushing the test button on the st-e2. Any one have any ideas as to what is happening?
