CPS = Canon Professional Services

It is a group within Canon that makes sure
professional photographers using Canon equipment get
special attention. You have to have documented
credentials to join. CPS will set up booths at big
events such as the Wimbleton Tennis Match, Indy 500,
etc, etc. and will perform minor repairs, lend out
exotic lenses, etc. They also have tech support people
to talk to not available to the general public.
