Hi all - Since my needs really tend more towards the long end, I am going to sell this lens, and I wanted to offer it to the group first, before putting it on eBay. It's an excellent, well-built, sharp lens (3.7 on Photodo)that I have had no complaints about. It works fine on my Elan 7. I have both caps, hood and the Tamron soft case it came in. Tamron's SRP is over $1K, and B+H sells it for around $640. I'm asking $375 + shipping/ins. Condition is a 9+, with only a few small rub marks here and there, none on the glass. I'll wait 3 days, and then it goes on the block. Photos and samples available on request.
