Until today I had been using Apple's > Mail program which inserts replies at the top by default - now using > Entourage, and see no reason to go back to the bottom.
Perhaps because (in spite of Apple's default) Internet etiquette is what it is and it's polite and civilized to observe etiquette when you're out in public, isn't it?
