Actually, the D60 does that too. But on the 10D you can choose the size and quality of the jpg, on the D60 it's fixed at medium/fine. If on the 10D you set the quality at small/normal, that should save about 1 mb per crw file (compared to the D60). Who needs a high quality embedded jpg when you have a crw file? I wonder why they don't have an option to eliminate the embedded jpg completely, that would save another 0.5 mb per crw file. Maybe the're needed for the playback and review options.
