I bought a Hoya 'Moose's Filter' CPL 77mm and use it on both my 20-35 and 100-400. It's a combo warming and CPL. I like it alot, and I'm now using it on the 10D. I recently ran a little test where you can see the effects at wideangle with it here: http://www.kjsl.com/~jbdavis/galleries/temp3/temp3.html The effects are quite dramatic, and I find warming slightly really helps warm up a film like Provia. No vignetting have I seen. If you buy a slim filter (and I bought one in 58mm) your lens cap won't fit, so that is something you have to think about. I will also mention that over a wide angle shot, pola effect will not be even so it's less useful there sometimes. But with foliage as you can see in my sample, the effect is very good.
