Yes they do, actually. When I ordered from them, using my CC registered in Holland, but having it shipped to a friend in the US (who was bringing it down to Bonaire for me; cheaper and faster), they wanted a scan of my CC also. The only thing I could offer them was a copy of a CC statement, and they accepted that. I fully agree with Hugo's statement on this. To think that a "scan" of a CC proves anything is incredibly naive.
