BreezeBrowser uses the Canon SDK (just like FileViewer). The primary
advantage is an improved UI plus noise reduction - I don't know if
Canon's FVU supports profiles, either.
Capture One use there own (custom) RAW conversion routines rather than the
Canon SDK. This enables much faster preview as well as background
conversion.
