During my time here in Louisiana I have noticed that there is a huge problem with litter; or those who drop it. Is this a local problem or is it all over the US? Some of the nicer locayions are spoiled with plastic bottles, styrofoam containers, chip (UK - Crips) packets, fast food wrappers, etc. and it's not nice.
