I have only one question:
Is it possible to rotate this lens around its axis, to tilt it not only in horizontal direction but also verticaly, diagonaly and so on?

Yes. It locks in at 90 degrees, and clicks at 30 degrees.
It (and all the TS lenses) come with the shift at right angles to the tilt, but a technician (or possibly yourself) can adjust it so that the shift and tilts are in the same direction, which I find a lot more useful.
