Yes, if you have some serious dust problems and just blowing doesn't help. You can either take it to a service centre, or do it yourself. Perhaps this service will be offered cheaply in the future but for now the special pads and liquid should do the job. I haven't had any problem with dust myself, although I did one blow out and change lenses without too much care.
