I have just noticed a slight change in your signature, how long since the change from 'Training' something or other?
A couple of months. We've been growing and the training responsibility got to be way too much for one person and we now have sales managers for each genre -- photo, digital, video, film/darkroom, non-linear, audio -- and this gives them more direct responsibility for the successes or failures of each of their staffers. Plus, I always had other duties and they began taking up so much of my day that one or the other had to suffer. Same great desk, same great paycheck though. :-)
