Another good place to try is www.powershot.com.
This Canon site and has the EOS digital manuals
in PDF form.
For example, the 10D and 1Ds manuals are:

http://www.powershot.com/powershot2/customer/pdf/EOS_1Ds_E.pdf
The manuals for non-EOS Canon digital cameras are
also available however they don't appear to have the manuals
for film EOS cameras on the site.
