Not a s/w solution, but I am pretty sure once you've burned the images to the CD, you should be able to take the CD to a digital lab and have them print out the thumbnails sheet for you at CD insert size. I've gone back to the local shop that uses Fuji Frontier set up and requested additional CD insert sheet from previously burned CD and have not had problems getting it done.
