I have a feeling Canon may have adopted a 2 tier service strategy. If you bring in a 1* you get the pro treatment. But if you bring in anything else, you are assumed to be a rank amateur who can't tell if something is well focused anyhow! I'm hoping I'm wrong but that's what it sounds like. Javier
