Don't forget that B&H has a grey-market price on request (by email) too (at least for the 1Ds, not sure about all others).
It's not grey market. The price for the 1DS on our web site is the Canon USA "MAP" (Minimum Advertised Price) amount and is the lowest value we've agreed to advertise per our MAP agreement with Canon USA. When the "Email me a better price" function is engaged the price we reply with is our actual selling price, but the 1DS is _not_ "grey market" at that (or any) price. We don't have ANY "grey market" digital SLR cameras as far as I can recall offhand.
