I'd expect it to use the same system as the A1, which moves the sensor using piezoelectric elements. See http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/minoltadimagea1/ (the video of the sensor movement is particularly interesting).
Would it not be cool to have an architectural camera that implemented tilt-and-shift movements by repositioning the sensor inside the camera? I think that could be pretty useful for macro too.
