My opinion of alarm stickers on your house is that you have forewarned the would be burglar that there is an alarm system in the house and if he is determined to enter anyway he is now expecting the alarm to go off and the Element of Surprise is no longer there. Had he not known there was an alarm there and had entered, he would have been surprised and frightened with the sound of the alarm and hopefully leave. Certainly he would not have been prepared for the alarm sounding; it is my belief that pre warning the potential burglar only arms him with information that would benefit him in preparation of breaking and entering into you home. In other words he would bring necessary tools, do necessary things etc. to overcome the alarm. Are you telling everyone that because of the sticker on your house you have valuables; I don't think so as everyone has something of value in their homes whether it is an old camera, a 1ds or the family pet. In regards to camera equipment and bags with logos etc. if you are using your equipment and you are being watched, then not even a plain bag would protect you.
