Sigma's 28-200mm f3.5-f5.6 is 70mm x 75mm (diameter x length)
The new 18-125mm f3.5-f5.6 is 70mm x 77.7mm

So they're very close (and both pretty small). The weight
of the 18-125 lens is not specified but the 28-200 is
only 380g.

The FOV expressed as 35mm focal lengths and a 1.6 crop
is 29mm to 200mm which is the "super-zoom" class
of lens.

Even accounting for the reduced image circle of the
18mm-125mm lens it's still an impressive range
for a lens. Quality (both optical and mechanical)
remains to be seen, however, ...
