I've gone and looked in Vuescan, and maybe I'm dense, but I'm not seeing where you do this. Could you give me lead?

Click on the "All options" button
Type in the "Description" field: "M7 / Summicron 50 / Fuji Acros 100 / HC 110 Dilution B"
Type in the "Copyright" field "Copyright (C) by Karen Nakamura"
