Hi all, Sorry for the OT, but I'm looking for a solution fairly urgently.

From time to time I'm asked by family, friends and colleagues to do their wedding/event pics. Most of the times, I just ask them to cover my costs or offer it as my wedding gift. But lately, I've been asked AN AWFUL LOT of times (total of 5 events in a 2 month period!) and I think it's time to get what my work is worth and some return on my EOS digital equipment investiment (+flashes, diffusors, PC, etc...)
One option I'm thinking of, is to to place the images on-line and let the attendants order prints from them. Although I've the knowledge, I don't have the time to set up my own website with order options and even less to co-ordinate the order fulfilment, printing and posting.
I normally use on-line services to do my own printing (www.photoways.com is my preferred, located in France) and I've found some websites (www.printroom.com, www.pictage.com) that do what I'm looking, but they're US based and I'm afraid that the people would be reluctant to order overseas (it will be already a challenge to see them ordering on-line)
In few words, what I want is a web-gallery with printing/shipping services and a flexible pricing schema with a cut for them and some profit for me. I see they all ask for a subscription, so I'll have to see if I manage enough business to cover my costs.
Somebody has any pointers to such gallery services in the EURO-land (UK is also OK. I gave a look to latentlight.com but their schema of pound/pic is not interesting for event photos.).
Other question: If I eventually contract the services in the US, are there any customs taxes on the incoming envelopes with photos?
Any other ideas/thoughts are very, very welcome.
